Meet the Founder

My name is Anthony E. Macias, and I bring over 15 years of experience in the medical field as a licensed Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist. For the past decade, I have also served as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a strong culture of safety within radiology practices.

Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles managing radiology departments, where I oversaw daily operations, optimized workflow efficiency, maintained regulatory compliance, and led clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

These roles required strong operational oversight, a thorough understanding of industry standards, budget management, and effective team leadership. As a result, I developed a results-driven approach centered on efficiency, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement.

In addition to departmental leadership, I have expanded my expertise into radiology consulting—supporting emerging healthcare facilities in building fully operational, state-compliant radiology departments. This work has strengthened my ability to assess operational needs, implement effective systems, manage project timelines, and ensure full regulatory compliance from the ground up.
